What is your designing and printing process?

Designs

• Some designs have color removed from them depending on the color of the garment.  This makes them more comfortable to wear!  For example: all of the designs on the black shirts do not have any black ink in the image.  The fabric fills in for this and it looks and feels amazing.
• All images are Direct To Film Transfers (DTF).  This allows the garments to have amazing stretch to them without affecting the image. DTF is also very durable, and when washed with proper care, I have not experienced a design failing or fading in the 2 years that I have been using them!

Production Process

• All items are custom pressed to order in house. Turn around time on average is 5-7 business days. We'll make it faster than that if we can!

What is your return policy?

Returns

 

• At this time returns are not accepted on team order merchandise.  These products are custom made to order products and are not kept in inventory.  Since they are made to order they are individually and inspected to the highest quality.  Please make sure that you are selecting the correct size and image in your order.
• If you have any questions regarding your order or products, please contact us through the contact section of our shop.  We will do our best to find an appropriate solution for you.
