What is your designing and printing process?

Production Process

  • Orders that include t-shirts and/or hoodies are processed once a week, with production beginning the following Monday of the day you placed your order

All orders are pressed and shipped in house and this ensures the highest quality and care while preparing your order.

*Orders placed Sunday through the following Saturday before 12:00pm CST will begin production the following Monday. Orders will then ship by your selected shipping method once production is complete.

  • All items are custom made/pressed to order in house. Turn around time on average is 5-7 business days. We'll make it faster than that if we can! 
  • If your order is needed in a rush, please contact us through our contact page and we will see what we can do!

Designs

  • All designs are created in-house through multiple processes.  Some designs are original photographs that have been taken through my travels. Some designs have been worked on for hours or even days.  One thing that is for sure, not one the designs that I offer have been run through Ai. 
  • Some designs have color removed from them depending on the color of the garment.  This makes them more comfortable to wear!  For example: all of the designs on the black shirts do not have any black ink in the image.  The fabric fills in for this and it looks and feels amazing.
  • All images are Direct To Film Transfers (DTF).  This allows the garments to have amazing stretch to them without affecting the image. DTF is also very durable, and when washed with proper care, I have not experienced a design failing or fading in the 2 years that I have been using them!

What is your return policy?

Returns

  • At this time returns are not accepted on team order merchandise.  These products are custom made to order products and are not kept in inventory.  Since they are made to order they are individually and inspected to the highest quality.  Please make sure that you are selecting the correct size and image in your order.
